Echte buffelmelk-mozzarella uit het Zuid-Italiaanse Campania. DOP (Denominazione di origine protetta) staat voor gegarandeerde traditionele specialiteiten en onderstreept de bijzonderheid van dit oorspronkelijke product. De porseleinwitte delicatesse heeft een geheel eigen lichtzure smaak. De kern is zacht en de buitenste laag iets steviger.
