In het Drentse Ruinerwold teelt Het Blauwe Huis al 35 jaar op biologische en biodynamische wijze aromatische kruiden. Met het zelf telen, drogen en verwerken van kruiden neemt Het Blauwe Huis een unieke positie in. De kruiden worden verwerkt tot gedroogde thee- en keukenkruiden, kruidensauzen (zoals pesto en mierikswortelsaus) en Odin kruidenzout.Alle verpakkingen van Het Blauwe Huis zijn BPA-vrij.
Gebruiker Tips: Koel en droog bewaren. Tenminste houdbaar tot op de verpakking vermelde datum.
Suggesties: Maak zelf mosterd: Meng 30g geel gemalen mosterdzaad en 30g geel of zwart mosterdzaad. Voeg 2,5dl vloeistof toe (water, wijn, azijn, bier of een mengeling), bv. 1,25dl water of rode wijn en 1,25dl rode-wijnazijn. Doe alles in een niet metalen pot met deksel en schud.Laat 1 tot 2 dagen rusten. Blend of mix de mosterd tot de gewenste grofheid. Voeg eventueel water toe indien nodig. Laat nog enkele dagen rusten om de mosterd minder brandend te maken.
