Deze Merlot uit het hart van Spanje wordt gemaakt door één van de oudste coöperaties uit de regio La Mancha. Deze coöperatie is tevens het eerste bedrijf dat in deze regio biologische wijn produceerde en is hierdoor in staat al jarenlang biologische Merlot te produceren van bijzonder hoge kwaliteit. Zacht en soepel van smaak, met veel rood fruit als aardbeien en bramen in de geur en in de smaak. Drink deze wijn als aperitief met vrienden of familie, of combineer de wijn met pasta's, gevogelte of een mooie kaasplank.
