Hun passie proef je terug in hun (h)eerlijke zelfgemaakte biologische producten. De mècorino wordt gemaakt op het recept wat is ontwikkeld door Marianne zelf. De Fenegriek wordt aan de wrongel toegevoegd waardoor de kaas een lichte walnootsmaak krijgt. De romige mècorino fenegriek kan heel goed op een toastje gegeten worden, of door een salade gemengd worden. De kaas is vegetarisch gestremd.
