Premium Matcha is groene theepoeder gemaakt van vermalen tweede pluk theeblaadjes. Het is direct afkomstig van biologische theeplantages in Kagoshima, Japan. Matcha is een in de schaduw gegroeide groene thee die wordt geproduceerd in poedervorm. De theebladeren worden gestoomd, gedroogd en vermalen tot poeder. De smaak kan omschreven worden als: zeer puur, sterk en grassig. Deze Matcha is geschikt om Matcha thee mee te maken, maar maak ook eens een matcha Latte met melk (gebruik 2-3 maatlepeltjes Matcha). Je kunt deze kwaliteit ook gebruiken voor in yoghurt.
