De Yogarde van de Drentse Aa is een uniek product. Een uitgesproken zachte en smaakvolle yoghurt, die in tegenstelling tot de bekende roeryoghurts niet schenkbaar is, maar vast in de pot staat. Tijd is een belangrijke sleutel om te komen tot de beste kwaliteit. De gepasteuriseerde melk wordt, aangevuld met 100% rechtsdraaiende melkzuren, direct afgevuld in de pot en vervolgens in een warme ruimte geplaatst. Hier rust de Yogarde wel een hele dag om vast te worden en zijn smaak te ontwikkelen. Bij Ommelanden zijn alle producten gemaakt van biologisch-dynamische zuivel van Nederlandse boeren. Goed voor mens, dier, aarde en kosmos.
