Bij Mixblik werken 20 vrouwen die pas kort in Nederland wonen. Ze ontwikkelen hier de lekkerste recepten, leren de Nederlandse taal en volgen een interne opleiding. Deze Mafé is een Senegalese Pindastoof ontwikkelt door Oulimata, die in Senegal haar eigen restaurant heeft gehad. In Nederland kreeg ze voor het eerst de kans om te leren lezen en schijven. In een korte tijd heeft ze haar certificaten behaald. De Mafé is zeer geliefd onder volwassenen en kinderen!
