Latitude’s prijzenwinnende cacao van de hoogste kwaliteit wordt rechtstreeks betrokken van hun 2500+ USDA gecertificeerde biologische boeren in Oeganda. Door rechtstreeks van de boeren te kopen en het fermentatieproces vanaf de dag van de oogst te controleren, heeft Latitude het volste vertrouwen in de kwaliteit en herkomst van zijn ingrediënten. De overgrote meerderheid van de boeren hebben hun plantage op de heuvels van het Renzwori National Park, in de buurt van Kasese (waar het allemaal begon voor Latitude)
Om de echte smaken van hun cacao tot hun recht te laten komen, gebruikt Latitude hoofdzakelijk zuivere witte Afrikaanse rietsuiker.
