Weingut im Zwölberich van wijnmaker Hartmut Heintz is een wijnhuis in wijnbouwgebied Nahe, het wijngebied tussen Rheinhessen en de Moezel. Het familiebedrijf bestaat al sinds 1711. Sinds 1991 is het wijngoed biologisch gecertificeerd en vanaf 1993 voert het ook het Demeter keurmerk voor al zijn wijnen, het keurmerk voor biologisch dynamische wijnen. En dat doen ze zeer succesvol! Meerdere jaren is het Wijnhuis uitgeroepen tot beste biologische wijnmakerij van Nahe, en in 2020 zelfs als beste biologisch wijnhuis van heel Duitsland.
Deze wijn kan zich meten met de beste Pinot Noirs die ik ken. Een echte aanrader! Op mijn proeflijst schreef ik alleen “Super”. Je ruikt heerlijke kruidige geroosterde geuren en je proeft levendig rood fruit met mooie zachte tannines. Voor dit soort wijnen mag je me altijd wakker maken.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de druif Pinot Noir.
