Hailing from Tarragona, Spain, this wine is crafted exclusively from 100% Parellada grapes. Bursting with fruity aromas reminiscent of ripe apricot, pineapple, and melon, it embodies simplicity and purity. Utilizing stainless steel, fibreglass, a select few barrels, and glass demijohns, the winemakers abstain from any additions, allowing the grapes to shine through. With a commitment to organic farming since 2015, the vineyards sprawl across clay-limestone soils in single parcels, predominantly featuring indigenous varieties. These vines, aged between 240 to 420 meters above sea level, bask in the Mediterranean influence, resulting in wines with vibrant character and terroir expression.
