Terrasana Kuzu wit eko
Kuzu is een plantaardig, effectief bindmiddel dat wordt gemaakt van het zetmeel van de kuzuplant. Het wordt in Japan veel gebruikt voor soepen, sauzen en (warme) desserts. Het fijne aan kuzu is dat het de smaak in een gerecht niet aantast. In tegenstelling tot maïzena is kuzu ook goed te gebruiken in zure gerechten. Bovendien is het glutenvrij én veganistisch! Witte kuzu wordt gewassen en gefilterd, waardoor de smaak neutraal en de bindkrachtig iets krachtiger is dan van grijze kuzu.

Gebruik : Gebruik 1-1.5 koffie lepels kuzu op 1 kop vocht. Voor gebruik aanmaken met koud water. gebruik ca. 2 el kuzu op 250 ml vocht voor het maken van gelatinepudding.
