Een tweede (en kleiner) deel blijft gedurende 24 uur in contact met de schil en wordt vervolgens weer toegevoegd aan het eerste deel. Daarna vindt fermentatie plaats op een temperatuur van 16 graden.
Zalmroze van kleur. Uitdagende geur, waarin veel fruittonen zoals die van rode bessen. De smaak is fris met ook weer karakteristieken van rood fruit. Door een zeer plezierig spanning en een goede balans, verveelt deze niet snel waardoor deze wijn een hoog "doordrink" gehalte heeft.
Serveer deze wijn gekoeld op ongeveer 6 tot 8 graden. Dé ideale rosé wijn voor op het terras! Ook te combineren bij een zomerse salade.
