Gebruik
Bereidingswijze:
1. Snijd de kalkoenfilet in blokjes en de ui in ringen. Zet de room en het water (100 ml) vast klaar.
2. Doe 1 tot 2 eetlepel(s) olie met kruidenmix 1 (kleine zakje) in een pan met antiaanbaklaag. Verhit het mengsel. Zodra u het kruidenmengsel begint te ruiken, voegt u de vleesblokjes en de uienringen toe en bakt deze mee.
3. Voeg het water en de room toe en roer er kruidenmix 2 (grote zakje) doorheen. Laat het geheel in een afgesloten pan op een laag pitje in circa 5 minuten gaar worden. Af en toe roeren.
