Keltisch zeezout is ongeraffineerd zout wat op traditionele wijze wordt gewonnen uit zeewater. Dankzij deze methode bevat het zout natuurlijke mineralen en heeft het een kenmerkende grijze kleur. Vanwege de grovere korrel en de uitgesproken smaak heb je er minder van nodig. Perfect te gebruiken in de keuken, bij bijvoorbeeld gebakken of gekookte aardappelen. Le Guérandais is een groep zoutboeren die door hun samenwerking aan de steeds meer toenemende vraag kunnen voldoen.
