Raw Milk Company is ontstaan uit een samenwerking van twee biologische melkveebedrijven: t Ecoloar en Het Hengelman. Beide bedrijven waren op zoek naar een manier om hun melk te laten verwerken tot hele bijzondere zuivelproducten. Op ’t Ecoloar werd al volop geëxperimenteerd met rauwmelkse kefir, yoghurt en hangop. Deze producten werden goed ontvangen door de klanten van de eigen boerderijwinkel. Dus besloten ze onder het merk RauwPower meer van dit soort lekkers te maken. Staat de seal van deze verpakking bol? Geen zorgen, dat hoort! De gisten in deze bijzondere kefir maken dat de verpakking bol kan staan, maar dat zegt niets over de houdbaarheid van het product. Je kan er van blijven genieten!
