Katzwijm heeft Zilver gewonnen bij de Dutch Beer Challenge 2022!
West-Coast stijl IPA. Rogge en lichte cara-mouten geven een volle, moutige en licht zoete smaak. Een flinke dosis potente bitterhop geven het bier een flink strak bittertje, zoals je van deze stijl mag verwachten. Daarnaast geven latere hoptoevoegingen in het brouwproces en grote hoeveelheden dryhop van Cascade, Loral en Simcoe hoppige gelaagdheid in smaak en een heerlijk fruitig en bloemig hoparoma.
