Bleke strogele kleur en fijne, langaanhoudende mousse. Veel finesse en balans, complex en met lengte. In het bouquet zit citrus, nougat en hazelnoot. Knapperige finale. De vinificatie geschiedt volgens de Méthode Traditionelle. Te serveren als aperitief of bij oesters en andere schelp-en schaaldieren.
