Deze champagne is tijdens een groot aantal internationale concoursen bekroond. Le Mondial de Bruxelles: Grande Medaille d'Or, Guide Hachette des Vins **.
Gemaakt van verschillende crus, klassieke Champagne vinificatie. De Champagne verblijft vervolgens 3 jaar in fles in de kelder waarbij tijdens de 2e gisting de mousse ontstaat.
Sprankelend van kleur, fijne mousse. Zuiver van smaak, met duidelijke chardonnay kenmerken zoals wit fruit (peer) en geroosterd brood. De lange afdronk is verfrissend en lang.
Heerlijk als aperitief, maar kan ook tijdens de hele maaltijd worden doorgedronken (visgerechten, verse geitenkaas en diverse desserts).
