Een blend van wijnen van hoge kwaliteit, klassieke Champagne vinificatie. De wijn blijft 5 jaar op fles in de kelder, waardoor een zeer fijne mousse ontstaat.

Omschrijving en details
Heldere, goud-gele kleur. Zeer fijne mousse, elegante, florale neus met tonen van citrus, witte perziken en peer. Levendige smaak met veel fruit en brood en deeg tonen. Elegante, lange afdronk.
De wijn is uitermate geschikt als aperitief en past goed bij simpel klaargemaakte zeevruchten, zoals gepocheerde oesters, gegrilde garnalen, St. Jacobsschelpen en zwaardvis.
De lage dosage (5 gr/l), de hoge kwaliteit van de gebruikte druiven en de lange fleslagering maken deze wijn één van de puurste en elegantste champages van Jacquart.
