Gemaakt op het oude wijngoed Santa Tresa, in het zuiden van Sicilië. Een zachte mousserende wijn die is gemaakt met de meest traditionele witte druivenrassen van Sicilië: de Grillo druif. De druiven worden door een pneumatische pers heel zacht geperst om de delicate kenmerken van de druif te behouden. Het resultaat is een frisse en spannende wijn met een zeer fijne bubbel en een zachte smaak. Lekker als aperitief, bij zeevruchten, vis, groenten en milde kazen. Alcoholpercentage 12,5%.
