1. Steek de duim door de lus met de gladde kant van de bandage naar de huid gericht. Wikkel de bandage over de bovenkant van de pols.
2. Wikkel de bandage onder de pols door en bevestig deze met het klttenband boven op de pols.
3. Pas de spanning van de bandage aan totdat deze stevig, maar ook comfortabel zit. Raadpleeg een arts indien u twijfelt over de blessure.
