Gebruiksadvies:
1. Plaats de bandage met de gladde kant op de huid. Plaats de hiel goed in de lus. Wikkel de bandage via de wreef naar de binnenkant van de enkel.
2. Wikkel de bandage onder de voet door en opnieuw over de wreef van de voet.
3. Wikkel de bandage via de achterkant van de enkel naar de voorkant van de enkel. Bepaal met het klittenband de spanning tot de gewenste steun en comfort zijn bereikt. Raadpleeg een arts indien u twijfelt over de ernst van de blessure.
