VINIFICATIE: De druiven worden in de eerste week van oktober op traditionele wijze gevinifieerd in roestvrijstalen tanks. In februari wordt de wijn gefermenteerd op de schil van de Amarone-druiven volgens de oude techniek van "Ripasso". Rijping in eikenhouten vaten gedurende een periode van ongeveer 12 maanden en gerijpt op fles gedurende minimaal 6 maanden alvorens vrij te geven.
