Deze knoflook is gerookt om het langer te kunnen bewaren dan de verse knoflook. Deze gerookte knoflook is namelijk ongeveer 6 maanden houdbaar!
De smaak van de Gerookte Knoflook is iets pittiger dan de gedroogde knoflook en de gerookte smaak is vooral terug te vinden in de buitenkant van de knoflook.
U kunt in alle gerechten de gewone knoflook vervangen door gerookte knoflook. Maar mocht u echt de gerookte smaak willen toevoegen aan het gerecht, dan kunt u de streng gebruiken om bijvoorbeeld een rooksmaak aan uw stoofvlees te geven.
