- Over deze wijn: Gato Negro betekent letterlijk ‘zwarte kat’. Je vindt de afbeelding van de zwarte kat terug op iedere fles Gato Negro. De Gato Negro-wijnen komen uit Chili en worden gemaakt door VSPT (Viña San Pedro-Taparacá), een van de grootste wijnbedrijven ter wereld. De wijnen worden gemaakt op het maar liefst 1200 hectare tellende Viña San Pedro, tweehonderd kilometer ten zuiden van Santiago de Chile in de Curicó Vallei. De Gato Negro-wijnen zijn bij PLUS verkrijgbaar in drie verschillende soorten wit (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio en Chardonnay) en drie verschillende soorten rood, te weten de Merlot, Carmenère en deze Cabernet Sauvignon. Deze halve flesmaat van 375ML is precies goed voor drie glazen.

- Wijn Herkomst: Chili, Central Valley Curicó Valley
- Geur & Smaak: Typische Chileense Cabernet Sauvignon met vriendelijke tannines. Je proeft tonen van cassis, aardbei, eucalyptus en chocolade met daarbij een lichte toets van vanille.
- Lekker bij: Gegrild rood vlees, zoals ribeye of hamburgers. Oude kaas, gevulde paprika, ovenschotels met tomaat of bij bonenschotels. Past ook perfect bij Tex-Mex gerechten, zoals taco’s. Rund Barbecue
