Van zwart naar wit: een spontane, nauurlijke kleurmutatie van de blauwe Rondinella druif in de wijngaard wekte de nieuwsgierigheid van wijnmaker Celestino Gaspari. In plaats van de nieuwe witte versie weg te halen, liet hij de ge-evolueerde druif groeien – en de Rondinella Bianca was een feit! De Rondinella Bianca wordt geblend met andere lokale druiven en na 20 dagen op beton, rijpt de wijn nog min. 6 maanden rustig verder. Delicaat en elegant, kruidig en mineralig met perfecte smaakbalans van wilde bloemen, golden delicious appel, vlierbloesem, munt, vanille en roze grapefruit. Een mooi glas met een speciaal verhaal.
