Fleur de Sel is een heel fijn zout met een heel licht vleugje viooltjes. Heerlijk op allerlei gerechten. Het wordt geoogst in de zoutmoerassen van Guérande tijdens zeer droog weer. Door de zon en een droge oostenwind vormt zich een fijne schil van kristallen aan het oppervlak. Le Guérandais is een groep zoutboeren die door hun samenwerking aan de steeds meer toenemende vraag kunnen voldoen.
