Due to the rough surface that is created when the pasta dough is pressed through the bronze plates, sauces adhere particularly well to the fettuccine. Thanks to their own delicate aroma, these pastas are also particularly suitable for the classic "fettuccine al burro": Simply mix the al dente, drained pasta with a little cooking water, young Parmesan cheese and butter until a homogeneous, creamy sauce is formed.
