Nectar of the Gods.
If this is what the gods have been drinking, I can't blame them for forgetting about us.
Blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Muscat de Hambourg and Malbec.
Whole bunch maceration for 7 days in concrete vats and aging for 9 months in old barrels.
The color is garnet with translucent purple hue.
Quite discreet nose, candied red fruits, spices and slightly creamy.
The palate is round and ample with very expressive fruit.
Very little tannins for whole bunch maceration.
The finish is subtly and deliciously biting, with crunchy and tangy persistence of fresh raspberries, morello cherries and spices.
