Chenin Blanc so far south from its traditional Loire roots, is not easy to find. But planting this vineyard 20 years ago on 350m asl was a great move and the result is divine.

In 2006 a young and ambitious Fabien Jouves gets on his winemaking journey, taking the reins of the 12-hectare estate south of Cahors from his parents. The birth of Mas del Périé on the highest slopes of Cahors marked the genesis of Fabien's venture into natural winemaking.
