Fraaie strogele kleur. Aroma's van wit fruit. Frisse goed geïntegreerde zuren. Volle, vlezige maar ook zachte wijn. Moderne vinificatie. De druiven worden licht gekneusd, waarna na de inweking een zachte persing volgt. Fermentatie bij 12 °C. Lagering in roestvrijstalen tanks.
Een mooie combinatie met gegrilde visgerechten, schelp- en schaaldieren en geitenkaas. Heerlijk bij olijven en tapas op een zonnig terras.
