- 100°C
- 5 minuten
- 2 gram per kopje
Breng vers water aan de kook en laat het water eventueel doorkoken. Om de theepot of het kopje alvast enigszins te verwarmen is het handig deze om te spoelen met wat kokend water. Doe de thee in een thee-ei (wij hebben prachtige, zwevende thee-eieren in ons assortiment) en laat de thee vervolgens trekken. Voor een sterkere of lichtere thee kunt u de tijd aanpassen of een andere hoeveelheid thee gebruiken. Roer voor het uitschenken de thee even door.
