Wie voor bijvoorbeeld fleur de sel- of himalayazout kiest, zal meer smaak proeven. Waar geraffineerd zout staat voor een zo puur mogelijke versie van deze smaakmaker, bevat dit himalayazout uit Pakistan nog meer dan 80 mineralen en sporenelementen. Dat proef je.
Zout gebruik je niet omdat het gezond is, maar omdat je het nodig hebt en omdat het lekker is. Heel weinig is genoeg. ‘Gezond zout’ is dan ook een relatief begrip.
