Details
Licht rozerode wijn, geurend naar bosvruchtjes en mediterrane kruidigheid. Lekker fruitig in de smaak met een goede bite. Heeft elegantie, karakter en pit. Een ongekend plezierige doordrinkrosé.
Wegens leveringsproblemen kan het voorkomen dat deze rosé in een groene fles wordt geleverd.
smaakimpressie
Verfrissende, levendige, aromatische (rode vruchtjes en specerijen), mondvullende roséwijn, rijk, gul en gastronomisch. Een typische rosé voor de mooiste dagen, van de lente tot de herfst.
vinificatie
De trossen worden volledig ontsteeld, waarna de druiven langzaam pneumatisch geperst worden. Na een koude behandeling om de most op een natuurlijke wijze te klaren, vindt de gisting plaats bij 18°C. De jonge wijn wordt na de gisting nog 4-6 maanden opgevoed op de eigen ‘lies’ (fijn bezinksel) met regelmatige ‘remuages’ (los- en doorroeren van het bezinksel).
