2 x Chardonnay Caringole €9
Een heerlijke boterachtige chardonnay die een lichte houtrijping heeft gehad. Elegant smaakpallet met zacht wit fruit, finesse, fijne zuren , mooie ronding en veel lengte in de afdronk.
2 x Syrah Caringole €9
Zachte en complexe rode wijn van 100% syrah met subtiele houtrijping. Een mond vol heerlijk zwart fruit, specerijen en zachte tannines. Een heerlijk warm glas wijn.
2 x Le champ des Calades €13
Een karaktervolle blend van Syrah en Cabernet Sauvignon . De wijn zit barstensvol zwart fruit, kruidigheid en kersen. In de finish een klein beetje menthol wat de fijn een fris karakter geeft.
Een leuk weetje is dat we wijnen ook in de restaurants van Gordon Ramsey worden geschonken.
