De zeepvrije wastablet van Dermolin reinigt zonder overmatig te ontvetten en gaat ongewenste bacteriegroei tegen. De wastablet reinigt op basis van Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate en Sodium Coco Sulfate en bevat daarnaast tarwekiemolie (Triticum Vulgare), waardoor de huid niet uitdroogt na het wassen. De zeepvrije wastablet bevat geen cocamidopropyl betaïne (CAPB), een wasactieve stof die vaak voor allergene reacties zorgt bij mensen die daar aanleg voor hebben.
De Dermolin zeepvrije wastablet is pH huidneutraal en vrij van verschillende allergene stoffen, zoals kleurstoffen, parfum en parabenen.
