Een gezonde en heerlijke combinatie! Dadels en amandelen worden beschouwd als natuurlijke superfoods en staan bekend om hun rijkdom aan vitaminen en mineralen. Wat is hun geheim voor de bereiding? Lokale dadels van de “Zaghlool”-variëteit, zorgvuldig gevuld met amandelen en gedoopt in een royale zoete siroop.
Deze dadels op siroop zijn de ideale begeleiders van een kaasplankje en gebak met oosterse accenten. En als u honger krijgt, waarom nodigt u ze dan niet uit voor een hapje en een drankje? Zo heeft u een verkwikkende en troostende pauze.
In stukjes gesneden passen ze uitstekend in yoghurt, worteltaart, cakes of koekjes. De siroop vervangt de suiker in uw bereidingen.
