Seitan is a great vegan meat substitute made from wheat gluten. When it’s processed correctly, it takes on a meat-like texture and neutral flavour, perfect for veganizing your favourite dishes. It is also an excellent source of dietary protein, due to the fact that it contains all nine essential amino acids. And guess what? 30% of our seitan is pure, plant protein. Compared to chicken at 27%, and beef at 26%, seitan is surely king of the castle!

How to Use
Seitan is very versatile. You can slice or dice it and stir-fry with vegetables or cut it in slices and marinate in your favourite seasoning blend. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
