De heerlijke wijnen van La Marouette worden gemaakt door Jacques Frelin in de Languedoc. De fransman is al meer dan 30 jaar actief in de biologische wijnbouw en heeft meegeschreven aan de huidige Europese wetgeving voor biologische wijnbouw. De Languedoc in het zuiden van Frankrijk is een regio die zeer geschikt is voor biologische wijnbouw. Mede door de warme en droge zomers krijgen eventuele ziektes minder kans om zich te ontwikkelen en krijgen de druiven de tijd om optimaal te rijpen.Deze biologische witte wijn is gemaakt van 100% Chardonnay druiven uit het zuiden van Frankrijk, ten oosten van Beziers en smaakt vol met een licht zuurtje en een licht zoete afdronk.
Gebruiker Tips: Deze Chardonnay kan gelijk gedronken worden. Bewaartijd voor deze wijn is 2-3 jaar.
Suggesties: Serveer deze wijn op 8-10° C. Lekker bij asperges, kip, verse vis en gegrilde gerechten.
