Deze Champagne importeren wij zelf! We hebben dit ontdekt tijdens onze reis door Champagne in 2021. Pierre Gobillard Champagne ligt in het dorp HautVilliers, waar ook Dom Perignon vandaan komt. Met Chloé en Pierre-Alexis als briljante Champagne makers.
De Brut authentique is een blend van 30 % Pinot noir, 30 % Chardonnay, 40 % Meunier.
De kleur is goudgeel en mooi helder.
Rijp in neus met aroma's van droog fruit, een vleugje honing en iets later ook een hint van citrusvruchten. Een volle en levendige Champagne .
Wanneer de bubbels wat afnemen, komen de hints van droog en rijk fruit die bij het ruiken van de wijn worden gevonden volledig naar voren.
