EPC Brut, a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The grapes for this wine grow in the Vallée de l'Arce, Côte des Bar, on a Jura soil with mainly clay, limestone and marl. For this (extra) Brut, 73% vintage 2018 and 27% vin de réserve were chosen.
Produced in collaboration with the winegrowers in Ville-sur-Arce, this Champagne matures for at least 40 months sur lattes and has undergone partial malolactic fermentation. The dosage is only 6g/L to guarantee the purest possible taste.
Chic gold in the glass with a slightly warm hint of dark yellow. Softly scented with yeast, toast, brioche with dried fruit and yellow fruit. Very soft in the mouth, fine balance between freshness, slightly creamy and mineral tones. Very pleasant. A Champagne that makes everyone happy!
