De Cecider van wijngaard Dassemus gemaakt van de Solaris druiven en appels. Fris fruitige structuur met bloemige aroma's. De eerste gisting was met appels, de tweede gisting met druivenschillen (Solaris) en de derde gisting op fles.

Wijngaard Dassemus ligt in Brabant. Ron is daar de wijnmaker. Sinds 2021 is de wijngaard bio-dynamisch gecertificeerd (Demeter). Marnix (Daxivin in Amsterdam) heeft ervoor gezorgd dat er een speciale wijnlijn is met wilde wijnen (vergist met wilde gisten uit eigen wijngaard).
