Description
Deze Cecider is een verrassing voor je zintuigen, een cross over met cider en druivenschillen. De Cecider van Wijngaard Dassemus is een frisse en smaakvolle cider die je makkelijk mee kunt nemen naar een gezellig etentje of gewoon om van te genieten op een zonnige middag.
De geur is heerlijk fruitig met een subtiele kruidigheid, sinaasappel, rode appel en bloesem. De textuur is prettig rond, met een heldere, verkwikkende zuurgraad die de smaken mooi in balans houdt. Het is een wijn die uitnodigt tot een tweede slok, simpelweg omdat hij zo makkelijk drinkt. Niet te complex, maar wel met genoeg diepte om het interessant te houden. Bij de eerste slok komt de wijn soepel en verfrissend over, met een hint van lichte zuren en een hint van tannine.
