In het Drentse Ruinerwold teelt Het Blauwe Huis al 35 jaar op biologische en biodynamische wijze aromatische kruiden. Met het zelf telen, drogen en verwerken van kruiden neemt Het Blauwe Huis een unieke positie in. De kruiden worden verwerkt tot gedroogde thee- en keukenkruiden, kruidensauzen (zoals pesto en mierikswortelsaus) en Odin kruidenzout.Alle verpakkingen van Het Blauwe Huis zijn BPA-vrij.
Gebruiker Tips: Koel en droog bewaren. Tenminste houdbaar tot op de verpakking vermelde datum.
Suggesties: Verwerk de pepertjes in een goulash of in een spicy wrap. De hele pepertjes zijn ook heel geschikt om te gebruiken bij inmaken of om toe te voegen aan uw favoriete olijfolie. De olie neemt de pittige smaak van de pepertjes langzaam op. Is de olijfolie eenmaal op de gewenste smaak, haalt u de pepertjes er weer uit.
