  From Xarel-lo master Joan Rubió, Mam is a layered, textured take on one of our favorite grapes. There’s tension, minerality, and that signature purity, but with more grip, tannins, and a kiss of oxidation that keeps it wild. A bottle to savor with something hearty—like sardines.

• 1x Spiced Small Sardines 🐟🌶️
