De gebruikelijke versie speciale catalogus Nederland & Overzeese Rijksdelen is september 2023 verschenen (verschijnt niet meer elk jaar)
Deze catalogus is in meerdere opzichten anders dan alle eerdere edities.
- Het formaat is twee keer dat van de oude Nederland catalogus (gelijk het formaat van de Nederland en overzee editie 2024)
- De catalogus is opgemaakt in drie kolommen
- De catalogus heeft 304 bladzijden en is dit jaar gedrukt op iets zwaarder papier
- Voor het eerst uitgevoerd met een harde kaft
- ALLE afbeeldingen van de hoofdnummers
- Aanvullende informatie bij N.V.P.H. leden
- Plusminus 3.000 nieuwe prijzen en prijsaanpassingen t.o.v. Nederland en overzee 2024 en 3.000 prijsaanpassingen t.o.v. Nederland 2023
- Er is een nieuw en uitgebreid hoofdstuk ‘jaarcollecties posterijen’ toegevoegd
- Kort artikel over ‘100 jaar Kinderpostzegels’ (het thema van de catalogus)
- Nieuw is een tabel met de prijzen voor genummerde rolzegels
- Alle series met twee waarden hebben nu een serieprijs
- Zeer groot aantal kleine foutjes in tekst, typografie en opmaak verbeterd
