- 1 Pak chiffon cake mix
- 7 eieren (400gr)
- 3 Eetlepels water (ongeveer 30 ml)
- 150 ml kokosmelk (eventueel extra water met plantaardige olie)
- Kan eventueel Koepoe Koepoe TBM Pengemulsi, ovalet of SP voor extra stabilisatie voor het oprijzen van de cake.
- Klop de eieren voor 3 minuten op tot ze romig zijn.
- Voeg de Pandan Chiffon Cake mix toe, dan ± 3 minuten blijven kloppen tot het cakebeslag glad en dik is. Je kant eventueel langer laten kloppen tot een paar minuten voor een betere resultaat.
- Voeg de olie en het water of de kokosmelk toe en goed roeren voor circa 8 minuut.
- Verwarm de oven tot 165- 170º C (hete lucht oven 165º C).
- Smeer een Chiffon cakevorm (24 cm. doorsnee) met boter of margarine.
- Bak de cake voor 60 minuten. Laat het geheel ± 10 minuten staan.
- Haal de cake uit de vorm, klaar om te serveren.
Ingrediënten: tarwemeel, maiszetmeel, suiker, melkpoeder, emulgators E4271, E472b, E477, bakpoeder, pandan aroma, kleurstoffen E133, E102.
