En terecht – de 602020 Cabernet van Zyme is geweldig! Zachte rode bessen, zwarte peper en pruimenjam, en dat gecombineerd met een soepelheid die je bij de Franse versie nog wel eens mist. Een heerlijk glas wijn voor het begin, midden en einde van de avond.
