Onze goede oude Comté AOP, koning van het Juragebergte en ook aperitiefschotels, zou ons veel kaas hebben gegeven als we er zijn bricelet niet aan hadden gewijd.
De ontmoeting tussen het fruitige karakter van Zijne Excellentie en onze lokale “savoir-fer” is een juweeltje van delicatesse dat alle smaakpapillen zal bekoren.
Elk van zijn uitgangen uit het pakket wordt met zo'n succes bekroond dat het trieste lot van onze Comté-bricelet uiteindelijk zal eindigen... onthoofd.
