Deze kruidenthee is gemaakt van pure brandnetel afkomstig uit Egypte. Doordat de bladeren na de oogst direct worden gedroogd blijven de goede eigenschappen behouden. Gedroogde brandnetelbladeren geven een bijzondere milde en zuivere smaak en zijn van nature theïne- en looizuurvrij. Dit resulteert in een heerlijke kruidenthee, zonder natuurlijke aroma's, voor elk moment van de dag. De doosjes van Ekoplaza huismerk thee zijn gemaakt van FSC karton en zijn volledig plastic vrij. De ‘teatags’ (kaartjes) aan de theezakjes bevatten geen nietje en de zakjes zijn gemaakt van manillahennep en cellulose. Het theezakje is daardoor composteerbaar en kan inclusief teatag bij het GFT afval.
