Een modern Delfts blauw wandbord met daarop de afbeelding van een prachtige Blauw Vouw Ontbijtbord. De keramische tradities van Azië en Nederland zijn onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden. Ter ere hiervan ontwierp Romy Kühne het serviesgoed ‘Blauw Vouw’. Een verrassende ontmoeting tussen de Aziatische vouwkunst Origami en het Hollandse Delfts blauw. Het servies bestaat uit drie borden en drie kommen. Het werk van Romy Kühne kenmerkt zich door geometrische vormen en oog voor het ambacht. “In een tijd waarin massaproductie en ‘snelle’ technieken zoals 3D-printen, de boventoon voeren in design, wil ik graag dat ook het ambacht behouden blijft. Vandaar dat ik ambachtelijke en moderne technieken en vormgeving combineer. Het serviesgoed ‘Blauw Vouw’ is daarvan een voorbeeld.” DIT SERVIES IS VAATWASSER-, MAGNETRON- EN OVENBESTENDIG.
Bij het bordje zit een metalen hanger die je zelf kunt monteren door de daarvoor bestemde gaatjes.
